I really enjoyed our evenings going for dinner and then to the bingo hall at the Knights of Columbus. I will always treasure the Afghan you made for me and gave me on my birthday. Condolences to your family, rest easy my friend ❤

Aunt Bertha was an amazing person. From her contagious snorting laugh, to the many conversations I got to have with her from when I was a kid, to adulthood, I'll miss it all. Any time I was over, she was always crocheting, or scratching her bingo cards, and watching the old '40's movies. She also loved talking about the times of going to Manitoulin Island with her friends, and her time working at huronview helping others. She's been a blessing to everyone who got the chance to know her. My wife, my kids and myself will miss her.
We love you.

Family of the late Bertha Gibb: Bertha attended Clinton United Church for many years and we got to know her very well and enjoyed her company. I had not seen her since she went to Maitland Manor but we had a visitor go to see her. She also donated many afghans to our annual hospital auxiliary penny sale. Bless her soul. Margaret Caldwell

I remember Aunt Bertha taking me out to the farm to visit Aunt May. I will always remember her boisterous laugh, I remember her stories of the depression. I still have one of her Afghans out of the many that she has made over the decades, before it was just a couch covering but it has more meaning now. Aunt Bertha will be missed but not forgotten.

What a wonderful and helpful Great Aunt I have been blessed to know. I am going to miss the way she used to snort when someone tickled her funny bone. Pleasant memories too numerous to count. I can almost feel her smiling with Terry and Tommy. In peace she is now resting
