Obituary of Gerry Lobb

Lobb: William Gerald It is with great sadness that the family of William Gerald (Gerry) Lobb announces his passing due to heart complications, on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, in his 66th year. Gerry was a correctional and recreation officer who served over his career at both Bluewater Youth Centre, and the Sarnia Jail until his retirement in 2012. Gerry was an avid golfer and devoted much of his time and energy to the golf course he created with his father and maintained with his sons. Gerry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 28 years, Suellen (nee McLaughlin) and his children, William (Alicia), Robyn, and Jordan. Gerry will also be fondly remembered by his three grandchildren, Avery, Myla, and Liam, by his Mother Millie (nee Cuyler), siblings Susan Ryan (Mickey), Brian Lobb (Lana), Valerie MacTavish (Jeff). He will also be remembered by his in-laws Tom and Ann McLaughlin, as well as his brother and sister in-law Jeff McLaughlin (Gail), and Julie Boyd (Brad) and finally all his many nieces and nephews. Gerry is predeceased by his father Bill Lobb.
