KURTZ: The Reverend Gordon Peacefully at Maitland Manor in Goderich on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Gordon Frederick Kurtz of Goderich and formerly of Bayfield in his 92nd year. Husband for 65 years of Melisse (nee Truitt). Father and father-in-law of Gordon (Ted) and Sandra Kurtz of Veneta, Oregon, the late Stephen (August 26, 2012) and his wife Rita Kurtz of Selins Grove, Pennsylvania, Margaret (Peg) and Richard Carroll of Reading, Massachusetts, Elizabeth (Betsy) Kurtz of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, James (Jim) Kurtz of Daytona Beach, Florida, John Kurtz and Megan Bishop of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Lovingly remembered by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Brother and brother-in-law of Ronald and Marilyn Kurtz of Sacramento, California. Predeceased by three brothers David, Roger and Stanley Kurtz. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, Highway #21, Bayfield, Ontario on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Charles Love officiating. Cremation.
