I met Eldon at Maitland Manor where my mother now resides. We were at the same table for the special occasion luncheons for family. He was a beautiful, couteous and true gentleman. I enjoyed our little visits when I saw him. He called me "Sweet Pea" and would give me a little peck on the cheek before I left. I had promised him a photo from one of the Christmas luncheons and he reminded me when I hadn't delivered it a few weekd later! He possessed a great sense of humour, I remember asking him if he wanted me to push his chair for him to get back to his room,he said if I liked, then one of the nurses saw us and said "you know he can do that himself and it is good for him", I said to Eldon,"now I'm in trouble" he replied "I'll take the blame" and chuckled. I missed him yesterday at the family Thanksgiving luncheon, he was a lovely man.

My beautiful godmother now has her loving husband with her. I will always remember Eldon's jovial spirit and his love of life.
Peace.

Eldon was my brothers god parent and We will both remember all the times we spent with jean and eldon at there house in preston and the times when they would visit with our parents. His artwork still remains in my late parents house that he painted in 1968 and I also have the picture that eldon gave us on our wedding day.

Gary, Theresa, and Family:
Thinking of you at this sad time.
We fondly remember your aunt and uncle from church. They were a great looking, friendly couple. You have comfort knowing that now he will be with his lovely wife again.
With Sympathy,
The Reynolds Family
