Peacefully at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall on Friday, February 12, 2016 Mary "Esther" (McIlwain) Wright of Queensway and formerly of Bayfield in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Wright (1965). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Eleanor & Jim Henshall, the late James (2008) & Brenda Wright, Lois & Wayne Tebbutt, and Gordon Wright. Proud grandmother of Fraser Tebbutt & Pamela Lobb, Laura Wright, Rebecca Wright, Mark Wright & Kaleda Connell, John Wright & Jocelyn Bartliff and Kaitlyn Wright. Adoring great grandmother to Avery Gaugler. Remembered fondly by sister-in-law Berneice McIlwain and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents George & Christine McIlwain, and by siblings and in laws Everett & Hazel McIlwain, Maurice McIlwain, Stan 'Bill' McIlwain, Gord & Ruth Wright, Laurabelle & Orland Reichert and niece Patricia (McIlwain) Rivett. Friends will be received at Falconer Funeral Homes – Clinton Chapel, on Sunday from 1-3 p.m. Service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, Bayfield on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 2 p.m. Spring interment, Hensall Union Cemetery.
